Working from home is a growing phenomenon. Surveys have shown that over 3.4 million people, 12 per cent of the working population, regularly or permanently work from home. With more and more of us struggling to manage the work life balance, its not surprising that people would prefer to work from home, so as to miss out the dreaded commute and be closer to the family.
